Jon Hibler
Board of Directors and President of Civil Division
Jon created and now oversees Arguijo’s civil division. In addition, he led Arguijo’s modernization effort in the early 2020s and maintains and oversees data-driven, analytical processes in corporate strategy, fleet management, and accounting. Before joining Arguijo full-time, he spent a decade in real estate development, gaining experience as a project owner in asset classes such as single-family residential, commercial, multifamily, and mixed use. In his role at Arguijo, he prioritizes team, organization, efficiency, and endurance. In the future, Jon hopes to create additional distinct business segments under the Arguijo brand.
Jake Hibler
Board of Directors and Director of Operations - Energy
As Director of Operations over Arguijo’s Energy/Pipeline division, Jake is responsible for procuring, estimating, and executing projects in our growing portfolio. Growing up in the Permian Basin he was able to learn the ins and outs of the pipeline industry from his grandfather (Gene Arguijo - founder), and his father (Pete Hibler - owner). As the third generation of the Hibler/Arguijo family to operate the company’s energy division, Jake is carrying on with the legacy built by those who came before him. Thanks to his never-quit attitude and willingness to go above and beyond customer expectations, he has grown our customer base and continued to serve our existing customers who have allowed us to grow with them over the last four decades. Jake can be found daily in the field running projects, laboring with the crews, operating heavy equipment, and doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
